Mr. Tran Trong Binh Executive Partner Education: Law School, Hanoi National University, LLM Capacity: Before joining BDLAW, he worked for more than 15 years in an international law firm in Vietnam, APFL & Partners, where he achieved profound legal knowledge on commercial and investment transactions of foreign investors in Vietnam. With about 20 years of legal practices, Mr Binh has substantial experience in the resolution of commercial disputes by arbitration and Vietnamese courts and has worked on a number of arbitration cases under VIAC and SIAC rules of arbitration. He has experience of advising clients in construction, commercial and labour disputes. He also has particular experience in assisting clients in seeking the recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards against Vietnamese award debtors in the Vietnamese courts, pursuant to the 1958 New York Convention and the Vietnamese Civil Procedure Code. In addition, he provides practical advices to clients in various transactions in Vietnam including corporate matters, M&A, employment law issues in Vietnam, hotel management, construction contracts and in the real estate sector.
